• Chilled Mineral Water is provided complimentary on all journeys over 30 minutes

• We charge the same price, per trip 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

• All airport, seaport or train station bookings offer the full meet and greet service with no additional charge.

• Every client is walked to and from the collection or drop off entrance by the driver, unless asked not to do so.

• Stop offs, detours or multiple collections/drop offs are not charged extra for. 

• If we are late, the client pays nothing for the service provided.
